AI accelerated everything from data modeling to copy — shipped in weeks, not quarters.
Built a multi-tenant SaaS for golf clubs that ingests event leaderboards and prize-money records, canonicalizes player identities across events, and produces defensible fairness indexes — Net Money, Net Consistency, Posting Pattern, Handicap Exploitation. Replaces hand-wavy "I think Bob's sandbagging" debates with auditable data. Grew out of a five-year statistical analysis of a Front Range golf club.
Designed and shipped a polished investor-facing site for a Denver-based real estate investment firm. Architected a showing-scheduling system brokerages drop into their existing websites — buyers request tours, agents confirm, the whole flow runs over SMS with no app install. Next.js + Supabase backend, AI handling the routing logic (who is available, which listings match the request, which agent owns the lead). Kills the spreadsheet-and-text-thread chaos that costs agents hours per week.
Built an end-to-end data pipeline and analyst workspace for a multifamily acquisitions team: nightly scrapers pull listings, ownership records, and rent data across Colorado markets; a proprietary stability index scores each property; a dashboard surfaces deal-flow candidates daily. Hundreds of properties tracked in production. AI-powered email parsers and broker-relationship CRM round out the system.
Built a signal-intelligence platform for a research-driven client: ingests dozens of RSS sources, runs every headline through embeddings, clusters semantically related stories, and ships a personalized daily briefing email. Replaces the morning "scroll-through-everything" with a single 60-second read. End-to-end TypeScript, deployed on Vercel.
Built a Monte Carlo valuation engine for serious fantasy football managers: pulls roster, transaction, and matchup data, runs ten-thousand-season simulations to value players and grade proposed trades, and profiles each manager's tendencies across the league's history. Python backend, clean web dashboard. AI-assisted development compressed a months-long build into weeks.
